Founded in 2002, Truth180° is dedicated to helping troubled individuals and families in St Tammany and Washington Parishes change their course and find lasting peace and happiness through recovery.
The specific purpose of this agency is to provide individual, group, and family therapy to all those who desire such services or, are mandated by the courts or other entities to receive these services.
Further, it is our specific goal to effect change in the lives of those we serve by providing targeted therapy to individualized needs.
We utilize numerous interventions; e.g., case management, group experiential therapy, individual and family therapy, psycho-education, drug and alcohol counseling, and an intensive substance abuse outpatient program (IOP) to meet this goal. Outpatient services also available in Slidell and Franklinton.
